You are very attentive and responsive!!! Thanks to you, the hotel stay was amazing. I am glad that I met you! Now about the hotel: Very comfortable city hotel. Good location: near a beautiful promenade with many cafes and restaurants, shopping center Migros, water park and an oceanarium for children. As the hotel is atmospheric, it is constantly held some events - shooting, weddings, graduation. The interior looks super on the photo! Large, bright rooms, balcony with sofa. Very well slept in bed mattress and pillows are great! Yes, the rooms at the hotel are tired, but gradually the renovation of the room stock begins, so that after a while everything will again sparkle clean and white. A lot of people write that the white color with the red coloring was tense, that doesn't apply to me. The WI-FI signal is good stable. They didn't take the deposit. Two free bottles of water every day, no reminder. There's always jelly bars, water and apples in the lobby, free. Bathrobes, slippers, cosmetic supplies, even sponge - everything is available.

Now let's proceed to the disadvantages ( The first thing that catches the eye is the repair of course! old hotel in which you need to urgently make repairs! wi-fi weak, weak, had to use your paid Internet (this is a very big disadvantage. More, cafe, pool, close very early at 10:00. You do not have time to swim norms, after a walk. Elementary no (air freshener in the toilet), shower door is not, you bathe half the water remains on the floor! By the way, maids do not change the bathrobes and clean very badly, even if you leave a tip, still leave the window open all the time. you return to the hotel, it's very cold. air conditioning is only summer (no adjustment for winter). There are only dull local channels and pool is very old and small. pictures show a very nice view but not very nice in real life. Perhaps all!

We liked everything, the range of dishes in the restaurant and for breakfast and dinner is diverse and delicious. The staff is friendly and friendly. The cleaning of the rooms is impeccable. The hotel is well located, bicycle rental is close to the seafront and there are many cafes. Dolphinarium, water park, amusement park - all nearby. I especially want to note the guys working with staff: Alexander, Serafima, Khalil. It so happened that my wife got sick. Khalil showed care, treated with special healing tea! And he was interested in the following days in the state of health. As well as girls - called to the room, asked about health and brought in the evening healing tea. The 557 room had a sea view, but in the evening music from the restaurant downstairs under the balcony thunders until twelve o'clock at night. Especially the low frequencies.

The room cleaning staff maintained high standards throughout my stay. The guest relations team, particularly those fluent in Russian, were very attentive to my needs and ensured a pleasant experience.

I chose the hotel carefully, as it was the first trip to Turkey, and also with my daughter 5 years and 3 weeks. She was looking for half board first, so that there were no alcoholic beverages included. She needed a quiet hotel without a noisy night out. The SU Hotel just met all my requirements. The evening shows and live music end at 23:00 and then the hotel is quiet and peaceful. As for the children's animation, of course, it is a bit scarce here. The hotel has a children's area with a water slide and it is open from 9am to 5:30pm. But at this time we are mostly either at sea or in the pool. And in the evening after dinner, this area would be just fine. Animators with children don't do much. They give the kids either coloring or card games. And I would like that there were joint active games (ball, dance, competitions, etc.) We first week with my daughter went there, but because at this time there are not many children there, she got bored. As for the food in the restaurant, for breakfast and dinner for children there is also a small choice. I have a daughter who likes everything without sauces and spices. I would like to be given more often chicken kebabs, beef meatballs, and for breakfast pasta for children to add, because porridge and omelets daughter does not eat. Basically all dishes with spices, there is almost no meat in pure form, it happens once 2 times a week. Adults have a very large choice of meals, they cook delicious. Dinner dishes are very diverse, every day something new. Very liked the soups of wiped vegetables for dinner. The service at breakfast and dinner is very good. Breakfast drinks are brought by the waiters themselves, and quickly enough. I liked the Turkish tea very much at breakfast. Even my daughter appreciated it. They brew it in a kettle. But the coffee is only soluble, for the hotel 5 stars should be a coffee machine, so you can make a cappuccino or Americano. As far as room cleaning is concerned, we've always been clean. Especially in white, you can see everything very clearly. There's no complaints. Overall, we liked the hotel very much.

Add pasta and potato croquettes for children for breakfast, chicken kebabs for dinner or something from chicken without spices. Animation for children to make a couple of hours in the evening.

I liked the work of the rest of the staff. After appeals, all requests were fulfilled promptly. I liked the food very much. Variety, freshness. Big choice of dishes. Excellent work by the waiters. Nice, polite, operative. Convenient location near the beach and the park. The beach is clean. The sea is very clean... I liked the design of the room. The white interior is very interesting. Comfortable balcony with a sun lounger allowed you to relax in the fresh air without leaving your room in the evening. Very nice general atmosphere.

Cleaning is unsatisfactory of poor quality. Plumbing racing cars practically did not clean. I had to remind them of the need to clean. It was always necessary to remind about the water in the room. At night there were blood-sucking insects in the room, there were not mosquitoes, but my request to replace the mattress and pillows were done immediately and brought insect repellents.

The hotel was beautiful and luxury desing. The A/C was exellent. The staff was nice. The location was good (near the beach and not so far from Antalya center)

Deluxe room with sea wiew should be calculate depend on where it is located. We had deluxe room with sea wiew, but it was near the road and trafic noice was quite loud and the wiew was not so nice. The rooms farther away the road (nearer the pool) woud have been much more nicer and beautifuller.

The overall ambience of the hotel, its wonderful facilities, and a huge number of activities and things to do there. We really relaxed there on our honeymoon. The quality of the food was excellent, and the look and feel of the hotel was amazing

The hotel is obsessed with money, and that is a big turn off. Standard amenities like toothbrushes and toothpastes in the room were not free of charge! Another horrendous policy was that we were not even allowed to bring in beverages and our own water bottles, and had to use the hotels minibar, which cost three times as much as the same things outside. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful but very impersonal and we felt like we were not treated as individuals.
